The first steps

Sessions

Psychotherapy usually happens once a week, with each session lasting 55 minutes. All sessions are treated in a confidential way.

The duration and intensity of our work together are determined by the specifics of your situation.

Phone/Video sessions

We offer therapy/coaching by Zoom or WhatsApp video.

Benefits of online counselling:

- you save time in transport

- you can make your session even when you are travelling

- you have access to quality therapeutic care if you live in a place that does not offer such services.

                       Fees

Please contact us to get our fees for individual therapy, life coaching or for corporate coaching.

Our fees are payable by bank transfer, prior to each session.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and charge a 50% cancellation fee in case of no show or late notice.  Please try to start each session on time, as we will finish on time.

Not sure?

It is not uncommon to feel anxious when seeking therapeutic help. We are happy to offer a free 15 min telephone consultation prior to you booking an appointment. This is a good opportunity to outline your needs and discuss how we can help you best.

Please leave us a message with some time availability to schedule a phone call.
